New Network in Business Aviation
From March 2010 the cards will be reshuffled in business aviation! Under the name QUALI-FLY Network GmbH the first cooperation of independent airlines was founded, which intends to set new quality standards in business aviation first throughout Germany and then in the rest of Europe
Since the beginning of the crisis the jet chartering industry that was once spoiled by success had to accept radical declines in sales. As a result airfares are dropping – at the expense of service and safety: often a blind eye is turned on statutory minimum runway lengths, rest periods and catering.
At first the client is satisfied, since he could decrease the airfare by another 200 Euros. The operator is thankful for every assignment – more and more often at cost price or even below. Then the passenger is annoyed about the delays and the bad service
Avarice can be dangerous. The founders of QUALI-FLY and its members totally agree on this point. The business model is based on a self-commitment, and the signatories are allowed to use the first quality label in German Executive Aviation. It contains binding service and safety standards. Clients of QUALI-FLY, however, will also benefit from the common marketing of a network. Free capacities and empty legs can be used better. The resulting price advantage is passed on to the client 1:1.
Competitors become cooperation partners, who affront the crisis together.
“We want to support our clients in their flight planning from A to Z”, says CEO Matthias Niedenzu. “We do not only organise business flights, but also group travels, for which an airbus is rented or round trips with a helicopter.”
On the network’s portal www.quali-fly.com you can enter your flight search. Besides the available airports also the exact flying times of the individual airplanes as well as the local times of departure and landing are displayed. You will receive your individual quote within one hour by Email. Despite the advantages offered by the internet, the QUALI-FLYERS rely on a personal conversation on the premises of the client or on the phone. “Flying is a matter of trust”, says the experienced flight seller Niedenzu and he is convinced that first-class quality and a fair price make a perfect couple.
