- We only use selected products for our beverage and food offer and if possible collaborate with regional providers.
- We serve our customers high-quality and substantial catering, tuned to the day, time and route of flight. We endeavour to fulfil the individual wishes of our clients, but refuse them, if hygienic regulations (e. g. seafood in summer) cannot be guaranteed.
- We offer our clients a broad range of beverages without surcharge. We provide a sufficient supply and also have a large variety of sweets and snacks on board.
- For every flight we have a wide choice of updated daily newspapers and magazines on board. Besides a standard offer we also provide customer-specific newspapers (e. g. children and magazines for families). In the event of flights with foreign passengers we have at least two newspapers / journals in their national language on board.
- We inform our clients in a comprehensive manner. We welcome them with their names and provide them with all necessary flight information. We answer all questions about the flight completely and truthfully.
