We Keep All Regulations
- We commit ourselves to keep the flight duty rest times and to communicate possible consequences (e. g. costs due to an exchange of the crew) to our client openly already in the offer and contract phase.
- We commit ourselves to respect the laws of commercial aviation and if necessary to refuse an assignment, if the keeping of all legal regulations at departure and landing cannot be guaranteed due to e. g. weather conditions. We will inform the clients, when it becomes clear beforehand that a start/landing could be problematic and offer them an alternate airport.
- We guarantee that we will individually check the performance for flight queries and that we will point the client to routes that require a fuel stop.
- We guarantee that we only work with reliable and experienced crews.
- We commit ourselves to provide our crew with all necessary working appliances in order to guarantee a comprehensive planning of the flight. All processes are determined and everybody is familiar with the decision-making channels.
- We guarantee that our crews brief themselves before flights. This means that CPT and FO talk about the planning of the flight beforehand on the phone, meet at least 60 min before take-off and discuss the upcoming flight in detail.
