Munich Airport - Franz Josef Strauss airport
Munich’s  main airport is located about 40 km north-east from the city centre. Discussions about the Transrapid have shown that public transportation system is not ideal. The airport has its own motorway exit. There is no possibility to reach the GAT (General Aviation Terminal) with public transport:

Car: via A9 / A 92 in the direction of Deggendorf, exit Munich airport:

City train: S1 or S6 until the central area, then by taxi to GAT, approx. € 8

Taxi/ limousine service: from € 50

Parking at the GAT: P 35, costs approx. € 22 per day
